Role Title: Emergency Response Executive

About the Role

Manipal Mars is hiring Emergency Response Executives to join our core operations team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing critical emergency distress calls, coordinating directly with field ambulance crews, and providing high-stakes support when every second counts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle critical inbound distress calls and manage outbound coordination.

Dispatch and coordinate closely with local ambulance services and medical response teams.

Track live, real-time emergency cases to ensure timely interventions.

Deliver clear, concise, and calm instructions and updates to callers.

Maintain accurate digital case records and status updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Pre-University Certificate (PUC / 10+2) or any Graduate degree.

Experience: Open to both Freshers and experienced professionals.

Languages: Professional fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and data entry capabilities.

Compensation & Work Details

Freshers Salary: ₹18,000 CTC per month

Experienced Candidates Salary: ₹19,500 CTC per month

Work Setup: On-site (Work from Office)

Shift Structure: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
