About Staffwallah Staffwallah is a digital platform that connects job seekers and employers for local hiring, recruitment, and employment opportunities. Staffwallah acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee job placement, employment, or hiring outcomes. 2. Eligibility To use Staffwallah, you must: Be at least 18 years old Provide accurate and truthful information Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements. 3. User Accounts You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials All activities that occur under your account Providing accurate profile information (name, skills, experience, business details, etc.) Staffwallah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or harmful information. 4. Role of Staffwallah Staffwallah: Provides a technology platform to connect job seekers and employers Does not verify every employer, candidate, or job personally Does not guarantee job offers, hiring, salary, or employment terms Is not responsible for disputes between users Users are advised to independently verify information before engaging in hiring or employment. 5. User Responsibilities All users agree: Not to post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles Not to use abusive, offensive, or illegal language or behavior Not to misuse contact details of other users Not to use the platform for illegal activities Any violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban. 6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable) If Staffwallah offers paid features or subscriptions: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated Pricing and features may change at any time Users are responsible for reviewing pricing before purchasing Staffwallah is not responsible for third-party payment gateway issues. 7. No Employment Guarantee Staffwallah does not guarantee: That job seekers will receive job offers That employers will find suitable candidates Any specific salary, working conditions, or outcomes All hiring decisions are made independently between employers and candidates. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffwallah shall not be liable for: Any direct or indirect loss or damages Loss of income, opportunity, or data Disputes between employers and job seekers Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by users Use of the platform is at your own risk. 9. Account Suspension and Termination Staffwallah reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate any account without notice Remove content that violates policies Restrict access to protect platform integrity This may be done if a user violates these Terms or harms other users or the platform. 10. Intellectual Property All content, logos, design, text, and technology used in Staffwallah are the intellectual property of Staffwallah. Users may not: Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission Use Staffwallah branding for unauthorized purposes 11.
