Job Description

VACANCY – BFSI TRAINER Location: Kapasan, Chittorgarh Position: BFSI Trainer Qualification: B.Com. (Mandatory) Working Hours: 6–8 Hours/Day

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (Based on Interview & Knowledge)

Required Knowledge & Skills - Strong knowledge of BFSI & Banking – KYC, CIBIL, Loans, Bank/NBFC, Repo Rate, CRR, SLR, AML & Monetary Policy • Basic knowledge of Accounting – Final Accounts, Trial Balance & Accounting Cycle • Good understanding of Training & Facilitation – Adult Learning, Pedagogy/Andragogy, Learning Styles & Assessments • Ability to engage learners, manage discussions and handle conflicts • Good English Communication & Presentation Skills Selection: Interview & Knowledge Assessment will be conducted in English.
