Workshop General Manager – Automobile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Automobile Workshop / Service Operations
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory
• Experience of handling multiple workshops / service centers preferred
• Manage complete workshop operations and daily service activities
• Lead and manage workshop, service and technical teams
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and service quality
• Achieve workshop targets, revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Monitor job cards, vehicle delivery, pending jobs and service quality
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Manage manpower planning, technician performance and workshop discipline
• Coordinate with management for operational and business targets
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and workshop resources
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills required
• Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 + Attractive Incentive
