Supervise and allocate duties to nursing staff

Monitor patient care, vitals, medication and procedures

Manage shift handover/takeover

Coordinate ICU/Ward nursing activities

Maintain nursing records and documentation

Monitor medicines, consumables and equipment

Ensure hygiene, infection control and patient safety

Handle critical situations and escalate promptly
