Udaipur Fabric Store is looking for a proactive, responsible, and customer-focused professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing online orders, maintaining records, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.

Manage and update online orders on a daily basis.

Maintain Excel sheets and prepare daily reports.

Provide order updates and after-sales support to customers.

Learn about fabrics, designs, and inventory management.

Assist customers in selecting products and resolving their queries.

Support sales activities with strong communication and convincing skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass or Graduate.

Good knowledge of social media and WhatsApp tools.

Basic computer/laptop proficiency.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong sales and customer handling skills.
