We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage civil construction activities for an industrial project in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The candidate should have strong experience in industrial civil works, labour management, quality control, and site safety. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, ensuring project quality, meeting timelines, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise excavation, PCC/RCC, foundations, brickwork, and finishing works.

Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and curing.

Manage labour teams and subcontractors efficiently.

Coordinate material availability with stores and procurement.

Enforce HSE safety standards and proper PPE usage.

Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress updates.

Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

Industrial civil construction experience.

Knowledge of RCC/PCC, reinforcement detailing, formwork, and concrete grades.

Site supervision and labour management.

Quality control and material planning.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Hindi language mandatory; Marwari/Rajasthani is an added advantage.
